What type of leather do you use?
We mostly use Goat Skin Leather for its tenacity and the amount of stretch required in our classified manufacturing technique of the bag. For most of our collections, we use semi-finished leather that are pristine and delicate and age beautifully with time. The leather might have some imperfections and prone to scuffs due to its semi-finished character which only makes it more real and beautiful.
The color of my bag looks slightly different than the picture online. How come?
There may be some variation due to the nature of the genuine leathers and dying techniques used. Each and every leather item will be slightly different.
My bag looks different than what it was like when I purchased it?
WARP bags are made with pure leather. Pure leather ages beautifully and will not remain sleek and pristine over time. Treat each mark as a beautiful memory of each time you flaunted your WARP bag.
How do I clean my WARP item?
Test the cleaning solution on a small inconspicuous place before cleaning the rest of your bag. Never use any type of cleaner that contains an acid or a detergent as both will damage the leather.
Will my bag maintain its shape?
WARP bags are made with a classified layered technique to give it structure, strength and a three-dimensional form. While the process gives it strength, like any other physical entity if force is applied to it, the shape may be distorted.
Whats the best way to store my bag?
When the bag is not in use, store it in the dust bag provided along at the time of purchase.
What do I do if my bag is damaged or breaks?
All WARP products are guaranteed for 1 year to be free from any and all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your repair is within the guaranteed timeframe please contact our office by email at email@example.com. You will be asked to return your WARP product. After inspecting your returned item and we confirm it is defective materials or workmanship, we will repair the product at our expense and return it to you free of charge. If we are unable to repair your product, we reserve the right to replace it with the same or similar product.
Please note that this guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear caused by product abuse or neglect including: abrasions in fabrics, leathers, or parts; exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids or liquids. The guarantee also does not cover common carrier damage.
If your bag becomes damaged after the warranty period, or is not due to a manufacturer defect, we will be happy to examine the bag and repair the bag if it is possible. Please note, you will be responsible for the repair charges and the shipping charges related to the repair.
How fast will my item ship?
WARP bags are shipped within 3-7 business days of your placement of order, depending on the stock inventory. It takes 1-3 business days for the order to be delivered within Pakistan and 5-9 business days for orders to be delivered in rest of the world in normal circumstances after the shipment has been dispatched from our premises.
Do you ship to any other countries outside Pakistan?
We have worldwide shipping available.
When and how are the duties and taxes charged?
Taxes and duties are not included in the purchase price, and will be assessed by the customer's local customs. The payment of these duties and taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer.
For international orders, if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, WARP will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by WARP for the return of the product. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
Can I track my package once it has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification that contains the tracking number to your package. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to register in tracking system.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard debit/credit card payments through a secure payment system. All the transactions processing is done in SSL Secured environment.
Cash on Delivery is only available nationwide within Pakistan, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman .Cash on Delivery shipments are done through our logistics partner Aramex.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.
Why do I see my total amount of order in USD at checkout?
WARP's online store is based out of Pakistan, and we process all orders in USD ($). While you see the price of any WARP product in your local currency at the product page, you will checkout in the USD. The total amount at the checkout includes the shipping charges and the product prices.
